To solve this question, simply find the percent of loaves of bread to total items, by taking the first loaves of bread and dividing it by the total bakery items. In this case would be, 15 loaves/25 • 100% = 60 %. Do the same calculation for the second loaves of bread. 25 loaves/37 • 100% = 67.567 %.

Now take the difference between the 2 percentages to find the percent increase of loaves of bread, which would be 7.567 %, about 7.6%. Or as a whole number 8%.
