Explanation:

This theory emphasizes mainly on genetic, biochemical, or neurological factors which affect certain people to commit crime. It indicates that these people are criminogenic in nature, which means people are born as criminals. Some criminals have primitive physical traits like high cheekbones, strong teeth, and huge jaws. This physical trait arises mainly due to heredity, alcoholism, or syphilis.  

This behavior does not apply to a cyber criminal. He is not a born criminal. However, the societal influence, intellect, and psychological behaviors make him as complete criminal.
