The amount of sleep your body needs a regular basis is called
Zina [86]
The amount of sleep will always differ depending upon the individual, and sleep is as important as food, water, and air for humans to survive and to maintain a good physical being. Humans are designed to get some sleep everyday to be able to function optimally.
The body has an amount of sleep it needs in regular basis. This is called the Basal Sleep Need. When the body acquires enough amount of sleep regularly, this could result to better health and lesser chances of getting sick. Basal Sleep Need also depends on age. The younger the person, the more sleep he needs. Also, there are instances that we need to add more than the required basal need sleep. This is when we experience body imbalance such as being deprived with sleep for a long time, stress or being sick.
