I would say the answer is rail lies in many parts of the state. Since the map does not show rail lines in any other state we cannot say Georgia has more than other Southern states. We can also see that the rail lines are not just concentrated on the coast. And we cannot say it has more rail lines than roads since we do not know how many raids there are!
