Answer:

The equation of the line is y =  -\frac{4}{5} x + \frac{3}{5}

Step-by-step explanation:

The form of the linear equation is y = m x + b, where

  • m is the slope
  • b is the y-intercept

The rule of the slope is m = \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} , where

  • (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) are two points on the line

∵ A line passes through points (2, -1) and (-3, 3)

∴ x1 = 2 ad y1 = -1

∴ x2 = -3 and y2 = 3

→ Use the rule of the slope above to find the slope of the line

∵ m = \frac{3--1}{-3-2} = \frac{3+1}{-5} = \frac{4}{-5}

∴ m = -\frac{4}{5}

→ Substitute the value of m in the form of the equation above

∴ y =  -\frac{4}{5} x + b

→ To find b substitute x and y in the equation by the coordinates of one

   point of the given points

∵ x = 2 and y = -1

∴ -1 = -\frac{4}{5} (2) + b

∴ -1 = -\frac{8}{5} + b

→ Add \frac{8}{5} t both sides

∵ -1 + \frac{8}{5} = b

∴ \frac{3}{5} = b

→ Substitute the value of b in the equation

∴ y = -\frac{4}{5} x + \frac{3}{5}

∴ The equation of the line is y =  -\frac{4}{5} x + \frac{3}{5}

Lena [83]

The answer to the question will be 0. 3 Modifying Above 18 with bar

<h3>What will be the decimal expansion of 7 over 22? </h3>

When we divide 7 by 22 we will get 0.3181818..........

Here 3 is not repeating but 18 is repeating again and again

So it is a Non-terminating repeating number

Thus the answers to the question will be 0. 3 Modifying Above 18 with bar

The value missed is 1 min / 60 seconds

<h3>What is unit conversion?</h3>

Units is the conversion between different units of measurement for the same quantity, typically through multiplicative conversion factors.

To convert 720 seconds to hour,

First convert second to minutes divide by 60 and then again convert minutes to hour again divide by 60.

So,

720 seconds * ( 1 minutes /  60 seconds) * ( 1 hour / 60 minutes)

= 12 hours.
