Answer:

Group 1 or akali metals have the greatest metallic property.

Group 17 has the lowest metallic character.

C. As you move from right to lefton the periodic table, metallic character increases which is the ability to lose electrons. Ionization energy decrease as we move from right to left on the periodic table.

Explanation:

Akali metals in group 1 have the greatest metallic property and they are the most reactive metals. Francium metal on the group has the most metallic characteristics. It is rare and very radioactive. Group 17 has the lowest metallic character. This is because while moving across the period, the number of electrons in the outermost shell increases. This make it difficult for atoms to leave see electrons and become electropositive . Group 17 has the highest tendency of accepting electrons.

Ionization energy is the energy use to remove electron from an atom in gaseous stage. Ionization energy decrease as we move from right to left on the periodic table and metallic character increases as we move from right to left on the periodic table.

A student observed a chemical reaction in which the mass of the products was measured to be less than the mass of the reactants.
nika2105 [10]

There chemical reactions that can realise or absorb gas to the atmosphere. This means it is harder or impossible to measure it with normal weighing devices and normal taring equipment. As a principal in chemical reactions we have conservation of mass.

1 and 2 the forces holding water molecules together are stronger than the forces holding alcohols molecules together these forces are stronger in water due to hydrogen bonding the intermolecular forces forces that hold the water together are stronger than alchol because water has hydrogen bonding hydrogen bonding is hydrogen being attracted to oxygen or flourine or chloroine the electronegativity differences are larger the forces holding the bonds are stronger its like hydrogen is holding on to oxygen strongly different types of forces are lomdon dispersion forces like helium which have low boiling point they have nothing holding them together water has hydrogen bonds alcohol doesnt have the hydrogen bonds water has and geometry vsper model polar and hydrogen bonds as water so theyre weaker.
