Preventative = a check-up to make sure nothing is wrong.
Emergency = something has happened that needs immediate attention.
Urge = someone convinces you to see a doctor for a know problem.
Specialty = seeing a specialized doctor like a bone doctor, or a heart doctor, etc., for a known issue.
