Believe it or not, depression. Depression will cause many symptoms, including a hostile behavior, impulse spending, and may result in drug use. Unless pre-diagnosed with a different type of mental handicap, it would be easy to infer that she might have done some type of drug as a result of her depression, thus causing her to run around in underwear and chant.
