The adoption of SINGLE USE UTENSILS can serve the purpose of plastics and other REUSABLE serving utensils ensure business continues as normal.

A ware washing sink simply means an area provisioned for the cleaning and tidying of utensils used in food preparation. The sink is usually equipped with the necessary materials needed to facilitate a clean wash such as sanitizers, detergent , water, including hot water for handling oily wares, plastics.

However, In the absence of hot water bedded for effective and clean wash, food service does not have to halt and hence, the transition to alternative solution, which is the use of SINGLE USE UTENSILS which does not require cleaning after usage but disposed.

Hence, the use of disposable utensils which do not require rewash would be an effective alternative in the scenario described above.
