Answer: Cognitive Meditation: is an act of consciously being attentive to their feelings, thoughts and emotions without being biased.

Explanation:

Cognitive meditation helps us to master our feelings and thoughts, this helps highlight our motor skills which have been acquired either through learning or practice. This is related to schimdt schema theory in the sense that when we are faced with a difficult situation our motor skills takes over by retrieving our past experiences and using it to solve our current situation or problems.
