Some believe that lifting weights is bad for the heart but many doctors think it can help the heart muscles. Others think that lifting weights develops huge muscles but if done properly, weightlifting tones the muscles for a better proportioned body.
This could be multiple things, it just depends how acute it is. I’d always start with not touching any parts poking out, and icing in intervals of five minutes, then go to the ER or A&E, because it would be anywhere ranging from a sprain, to a severe fracture, maybe even a low level break.
Depend how hard the non snorer can sleep, but probably a lot cuz snoring is annoying and mostly loud. so id say like 68% lol.
