Snowboarders use angle measures to describe their flips and spin explain what a snowboarder would mean by each statement? plz he
lidiya [134]
If you spin on the spot and go completely around just once and stop, you "did a 360" since you moved in a circle and circles have 360 degrees.

So a 720 would be two complete turns and a 540 would be 1 and a half complete turns.

The number is the amount of degrees they rotated through. What's cool is, snow boarders do this while in mid air as a trick when going over jumps.

The question is in the attached photo.I will give Brainliest to whoever answers first.
Temka [501]

The first step is to change the inequality symbol to that of equality. It becomes

y = - x + 6

We would substitute values for x into the equation and solve for the corresponding y values.

For x = - 1, y = - - 1 + 6 = 7

For x = 0, y = - 0 + 6 = 6

For x = 1, y = - 1 + 6 = 5

For x = 2, y = - 2 + 6 = 4

If we plot these values on the graph, a straight line would be formed. The line would be solid because the inequality symbol has an equal to symbol. The graph is shown below

The points above can be found within the unshaded region of the graph. The shaded region does not satisfy theinequality.

The lengths of two sides of a triangle are 12 inches and 4 inches. Which of the following dimensions is the third side of this t
Anna007 [38]
The triangle inequality requires the third side be in the range
.. 12 -4 ≤ third side ≤ 12 +4
.. 8 ≤ third side ≤ 16 . . . . . . . . . your answer is the number(s) in this range

_____
Some define the triangle inequality using < rather than ≤. Be careful here.
