Romulus he and his brother Remus where (supposedly) raised by a wolf and eventually they found an area surrounded by hills and Romulus decided to build a city there however his brother said when they were building the walls that they were to low and he emphasised this point by jumping over them this enraged Romulus so much that he killed his brother and then named the city Rome after him because why let the death of your brother get in the way of some good city building
