A nuclear power plant produces huge amount of electricity. However, it dumps radioactive wastes into the sea. This has led to an
TEA [102]

Answer: Provide the nuclear power plant with a plan to properly dispose of and recycle the wastes.

Explanation:

The nuclear power plant is producing huge amounts of electricity which is beneficial to the economy as it pushes growth. Shutting it down or relocating it is therefore not the right solution.

The problem is the radioactive waste being produced so a solution that is specific to this problem should suffice. That solution would be the provision of the nuclear plant with plans to properly dispose of the waste.

Should this happen, the nuclear plant can still stay in the same area and keep contributing to economic growth without adversely affecting people's heath.

Why do ions in an ionic compound typically form an orderly crystal structure
mojhsa [17]
The ionic compound is soluble in a solvent, it can be obtained as a solid compound by evaporating the solvent from this electrolytesolution. As the solvent is evaporated, the ions do not go into the vapour, but stay in the remaining solution, and when they become sufficiently concentrated, nucleation occurs, and they crystallize into an ionic compound.

This is all I could pull up. I'd assume this answers your question, but if not I'm sorry. If it does, I'm glad I could help!

What is the pH of a solution when the [OH - ] = 1 x 10 -3
dsp73

Answer:

The pH is 11

Explanation:

Because pH + pOH = 14

and pOH = - log [OH⁻] = - log (1 x 10⁻³) = 3

we can now calculate pH by manipulating equation one above

pH = 14 - pOH = 14 - 3 = 11

Thus the pH of the solution is 11
