Answer:

1.03 M

Explanation:

Step 1: Write the balanced equation

NaOH + HCl ⇒ NaCl + H₂O

Step 2: Calculate the reacting moles of HCl

30.0 mL (0.0300 L) of 0.500 M HCl react.

0.0300 L × 0.500 mol/L = 0.0150 mol

Step 3: Calculate the moles of NaOH that react with 0.0150 moles of HCl

The molar ratio of NaOH to HCl is 1:1. The moles of NaOH that react are 1/1 × 0.0150 mol = 0.0150 mol.

Step 4: Calculate the molar concentration of NaOH

0.0150 moles of NaOH are in 14.5 mL (0.0145 L).

M = 0.0150 mol/0.0145 L = 1.03 M

The most common reaction that causes spoilage isn't a reaction at all. Molds and Bacteria are attracted to the easily found presence of water in the fruit. They find a natural place to reproduce and what they do causes spoilage.

Very few sources talk about the chemical changes that take place. If you put fruit in a refrigerator it slows the spoiling process down. That means that the chemical reaction has to be endothermic (it requires heat to occur)

The process of spoilage is speeded up by bananas for example, giving up Ethylene gas. You do not want to put a banana with tomatoes, because tomatoes are very sensitive to Ethylene. (It's OK to eat them together. They make a terrific salad. Yum).

I cannot find a definitive source that connects all this together, but the conduct of the fruit in refrigerators confirms what I am saying.

Spoilage is a very complex reaction and interaction with the environment. I have given you a hint of what happens but you should search it out to convince yourself of the outcome.

What do all group 2 elements have in common? (2 points) they all gain two electrons to form a stable outer energy level. They fo
NemiM [27]
The correct answer would be the last option.  The property that is common to all group 2 elements is that they  tend to form ionic bonds by losing electrons making these atoms positive charge. They are called cations. These elements are beryllium, magnesium, calcium, strontium, and radium.

Examine the equation.
Alisiya [41]

Explanation:

The reaction expression is given as;

                 2H₂_{g}   +  O₂_{g}   →   2H₂O_{l}

From the balance reaction expression:

 2 mole of hydrogen gas combines with 1 mole of oxygen gas on the reactant side;

This produces 2 mole of water on the product side of the expression.

The product is in liquid form.

 This reaction is a synthesis reaction because a single product is formed from two reactants.

Answer asap with at least 3 or more sentences!
mixas84 [53]

Answer:

no.

Explanation:

The reason this has

never happened is due to the source of magnetic fields:  moving electric

charges.  When electric charges (e.g. electrons) move in circles, they

produce a magnetic field.  In a piece of iron, it is very easy to line up

these circles, getting all the little magnets to work together as one big

magnet.

For each of these circles, one side is the north pole and one side is the

south pole.  Since each circle has two sides, each circle has a north and a

south pole.  Even the smallest possible magnets (spinning electrons) have a

north and a south pole.
