The answer is (6), because of you subtract thirty from six you get twenty four and six times four equals twenty four which when combined give you a sum of 30.

h = 6

Work Shown:

4h + 6 = 30
1. 4h + 6 -6 = 30 - 6 ---> 4h = 24
2. 4h /4= 24/4 ---> 6

h = 6

1.Find the zeros of f(x) = x2 - 9
Marat540 [252]
So for the first one it is (x-3)(x+3) this is because it is a difference of squares so you square root the 9 and the minus you do both +and - in order to keep up the -9
The zeros are:x=3 and x=-3 ( this is because you change the sign in the bracket

the others should be pretty simple to do for number 2 its a complex
the third is a simple trinomial
and fourth is simple trinomial as well

dusya [7]
Let the weightage of Ease of Use be x
Ease of Use = x

Compatibility is 5 times more than ease of use:
Compatibility = 5x

Reputation is 3 times more important than compatibility:
Reputation = 3(5x)
Reputation = 15x

Cost is 2 times more important than reputation:
Cost = 2(15x)
Cost = 30x

So the weightage are:
Ease of Use : 1
Compatibility : 5
Reputation :15
Cost : 30

A box contains 81 coins, only dimes and nickels. The amount of money in the box is $5.30. How many dimes and how many nickels ar
Ksivusya [100]

Answer:

 • 25 dimes
 • 56 nickels

Step-by-step explanation:

Let d represent the number of dimes. Then 81-d is the number of nickels and the total value in cents is ...

 10d +5(81-d) = 530

 5d +405 = 530 . . . eliminate parentheses

 d +81 = 106 . . . . . divide by 5

 d = 25 . . . . . . . . . subtract 81; number of dimes

 81 -d = 81 -25 = 56 . . . . . number of nickels

There are 25 dimes and 56 nickels in the box.

_____

Comment on the method of solution

It usually works well to let the variable represent the amount of the highest-value contributor (dimes). This keeps the numbers positive as the solution progresses.
