What should I take single science biology, or all 3 (physics, biology, chemistry) for GCSE? Plez i don't know what to decide on.

.. I am so stuck. I don't like blood and stuff related to the like. However, if I take A level biology I have a better chance of getting to uni and I like biology but I'm pretty much an air head. Can you give me any answers? Plz
