Regular physical activity means that people will stay in shape as the body is working hard to keep you fit. This links to health promotion as your immune system gets stronger and you are able to prevent things as your blood cells are stronger. Disease prevention can be also a factor as the white blood cells are stronger which mean that there will be a less likely chance of catching a disease
