I’m not fully sure - I’m studying the same topic as you in school and we haven’t covered it yet. BUT I can help you a teeny bit....

Note: You May know this but velocity means speed.

The formula for calculating kinetic energy is :

Ek = 1/2 mv2

E= kinetic energy ( J )
M= mass (kg)
V = velocity (m/s)
