It’s the first one>>>40°+140°<<< because supplementary angles are two angles that should add up to 180° because 180°is the degree of a straight line. And the only one that adds up to 180 is the first one. Hope this helps!

Answer:

First one

Step-by-step explanation:

Supplementary angles basically means which angles added together equals 180 degrees, 180 degrees is also a straight line.

So the answer would be the first one because both the angles added together is 180.

I need help with this math problem and how you solved it...
Galina-37 [17]
To get angle Y, you have to do 90 - 27 to get the other angle in the triangle and you get 63. Then you do 180 - (63+51) which is 66.

Angle Y = 66

Eve measured a county park and made a scale drawing. The picnic area, which is 68 yards wide in real life, is 34 inches wide in
mote1985 [20]

Answer:

Eve used scale as 2 yards is equal to 1 inch.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

Actual Picnic area = 68 yards.

Drawing Picnic area = 34 inches.

We need to find the scale used by Eve.

Solution:

Now we can say that;

scale used by Eve can be calculated by dividing Actual Picnic area from drawing picnic area.

framing in equation form we get;

scale used by Eve = \frac{68}{34} = 2\ yd/in

Hence Eve used scale as 2 yards is equal to 1 inch.

Find two consecutive whole numbers that square root 105 lies between
tatiyna
When you are finding 2 consecutive numbers that a square root falls between, you have to think about what the closest whole numbers are, for example, if you have the sq root of 17, it would fall between 4² (16) and 5² (25).

So, in this case, √105 would fall between 10² (100) and 11² (121)
