Population growth will not only lead to an increase in demand for access to basic goods and services but more and more people are going to be living in poverty. This is because as population increases there s scramble for already scarce jobs resulting in unemployment. with such a scenario people will not have the purchasing power and capacity to afford goods and services that can help them come out of poverty. the cycle of poverty and economic instability continues.

This advancement would be crop growing.

When people first started growing crops, this enabled them to stop living nomadic lives, where they had to go from food source to food source, but stay at one location that enable them to grow crops which they needed to make food out of. Eventually, this had led to the formation of villages and ever bigger urban areas :)

Most people think this(myself included) Because the Metric unit of measurement is much easier to follow than the English unit of measurement because there aren't many decimals and half number they are whole number that can be added and subtracted easily. Expressed powers are the powers clearly granted to the President in the Constitution. However, Implied powers are not stated in the constitution but instead are created under the necessary and proper judgement through congress.

Examples of expressed powers:

   Declare war

   Levy taxes

   Regulate commerce

   Control immigration

   Establish bankruptcy legislation

   Create a national post office

   Provide patents

   Organize federal courts (except the Supreme Court)

   Raise armies

   Govern Washington, D.C.

   Acquire lands for federal use

   Enact the Necessary and Proper Clause

Implied powers:

Make treaties

Pardon criminals

Command the armed forces

Appoint top officials, including Supreme Court justices

Approve or veto acts of Congress
