Question- Calculate how many

Biology
1 answer:
Ahat [919]3 years ago
8 0

Answer:

123.2 L

Explanation:

We must first put down the required reaction equation;

6CO2(g) + 6H2O(g) ------> C6H12O6(g) + 6O2(g)

We know that 1 mol of a gas contains 22.4 L

hence the number of moles of carbon dioxide is obtained from;

1 mol = 22.4 L

x mol = 738 L

x = 738/22.4 = 32.9 mols

For water;

1 mol = 22.4 L

x mol = 792 L

x = 792/22.4

x = 35.4 mol

We obtain the limiting reactant;

6 mols of CO2 = 1 mole of glucose

32.9 mols of CO2 = 32.9 * 1/6 = 5.5 moles of glucose

For water;

6 mols of water yields 1 mol of glucose

35.4 mol of water yields 35.4 *  1/6 = 5.9 moles of glucose

CO2 is the limiting reactant

1 mol = 22.4 L

5.5 mol = 5.5 * 22.4 = 123.2 L

Tissue with stellate cells whose function is communication
KonstantinChe [14]

Answer:

Stellate cells are resident lipid-storing cells of the pancreas and liver that transdifferentiate to a myofibroblastic state in the context of tissue injury. Beyond having roles in tissue homeostasis, stellate cells are increasingly implicated in pathological fibrogenic and inflammatory programs that contribute to tissue fibrosis and that constitute a growth-permissive tumor microenvironment. Although the capacity of stellate cells for extracellular matrix production and remodeling has long been appreciated, recent research efforts have demonstrated diverse roles for stellate cells in regulation of epithelial cell fate, immune modulation, and tissue health. Our present understanding of stellate cell biology in health and disease is discussed here, as are emerging means to target these multifaceted cells for therapeutic benefit.

Mashutka [201]

Height is a polygenic trait, controlled by at least three genes with six alleles. If you are dominant for all of the alleles for height, then you will be very tall. There is also a wide range of skin color across people. Skin color is also a polygenic trait, as are hair and eye color.

All the above:

Eye color

height
