Age doesnt nessecerily have a huge factor on how much some one can lift. The factors that you should be focused on are the size of the 14 year old, does it hurt to lift it, how many reps is he/she doing. Ive seen 14 year olds that are really meaty and buff and ive seen some who dont really have strenth to them.
All equally important without physical health having social health might be harder since you might not be able to interact as well because of illness which would then affect mental. Without mental health your social and physical health would deteriorate and without social health your mental then physical health would deteriorate we need a balanced amount of all of these
