How do I find the correct Domain.

Mathematics
1 answer:
Damm [24]3 years ago
5 0

Answer:

The domain of a function is the set of all possible inputs for the function. For example, the domain of f(x)=x² is all real numbers, and the domain of g(x)=1/x is all real numbers except for x=0. We can also define special functions whose domains are more limited.

Step-by-step explanation:

Another way to identify the domain and range of functions is by using graphs. Because the domain refers to the set of possible input values, the domain of a graph consists of all the input values shown on the x-axis. The range is the set of possible output values, which are shown on the y-axis.

hope this helps a little

A square has side length represented by X +4 inches write an expression to represent the area. Express your answer as a trinomia
romanna [79]

Answer:

A=(x^2+16+8x)\ \text{inches}^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

The side length of a square, l = (x+4) inches

We need to find an expression to represent the area of the square.

The area of a square is given by :

A=\text{side}^2

So,

A=(x+4)^2\\\\A=(x^2+16+8x)\ \text{inches}^2

So, the area of the square is (x^2+16+8x)\ \text{inches}^2.

Ok so i know how to multiply in scientific notation but this one is so hard. pls help and PLS show your work.
juin [17]
Basically if you have an exponent at the end of a 10, 10^{7} , then in the end the extended notation is going to have 7 zeros. So it'll be 10000000. Then you multiply whats in the rest of the equation together. There's the beginning :) I hope it helps.
