A pedometer is a device that a person's steps by detecting the motion of their hands or hips. It has been proven that the use of pedometers can benefit people at high risk for Type 2 diabetes.

Pedometers help us keep track of how physically active we are. Exercise is highly advised to people who are at risk of this disease. Thanks to a pedometer, a person can see how active they are, if they need to exercise more, or if they are making progress. The more active a person is, the lower their sugar will be, decreasing their risk of developing diabetes.

I don't eat for fun, I'd rather cook for fun.
