While Industries target customers in many ways, many are questioning whether these ways are ethical or not. Many business use deceptive and manipulative strategies to get the customers attention and money. Companies will sometimes study their customers and past buying history in order for them to gain more information on how they should market. Some companies; however, allow customers to do proper research on their product and dont shy away details that may make the customers change their mind. Overall, targeting uninformed customers is ethical because the customer makes the decision on whether they research the product or not.
