I DON¨T FEEL LIKE WRITING SOO.....YEAH HELP ME! ASAPP!! Bicycles are an excellent choice when it comes to transportation. Biking

is healthy and faster than walking, but it is also dangerous. Each year tens of thousands of people are killed or injured while riding a bicycle. This is because our roads are designed for motorists and not cyclists but we can change the landscape. Each time a road is built or rebuilt, we should put in bike lanes. Clearly marked bicycle lanes will give cyclists a safer place to ride. Our cyclists deserve this little bit of consideration. In fact, their very lives are depending on it.

Match them up: PLEASE HELP!!!!!
babunello [35]

Answer:

Just to explain, the endocrine system is pretty much made out of all the hormones in your body, responsible for metabolism, blood sugar levels, and reproduction. So this goes to number 5.

The pancreas is basically a large gland behind your stomach that secrete digestive enzymes to help digestion. But they are also responsible for the glucagon and insulin. This fits 4.

The thyroid gland is a butterfly shaped gland that is near your adams apple, which is located inside your throat. It plays an important role in metabolism, growth and more. That means it fits into 3.

Hormones is what makes a boy a man and a girl into a woman. Hormones help them grow into their adult stage. So, it is definitely in 2.

Our endorphins are the main reason we feel happy, sad, angry, or an other sort of mood. They even help with relieving pain. This fits into 6. description.

Last but not least, our pituitary gland is responsible for the "fight or flight" hormone. That way, we know when it's time to face a certain problem or run away if in danger. This goes with number 7.

I hope this helps!

Help. (real tips please) How do you swim fast, and not embarrass yourself?
miskamm [114]

Answer:

There are 2 main ways to improve your swimming: reducing drag and increasing propulsion. Focusing on technique during your workouts will help you refine your stroke over time and you'll get faster as a result. To reduce drag, take a look at your body position.

Front Crawl is also known as freestyle, as it is the most used stroke in freestyle events. This is because it is the fastest and most efficient of all the strokes. To perform the front crawl, lie on your tummy in the water.

Weights, a pull buoy, or parachute are all ways to build your strength as you swim. Think of it like running with your arms full of shopping. You're much faster once you've put them down. You can also focus on the speed of your laps.
