How might cardiorespiratory exercise affect hypertension
djverab [1.8K]

Hypertension is high blood pressure, cardio-respiratory fitness is the process of the circulatory and respiratory system use to supply oxygen to the body so the body could sustain during physical activity. Based on my research because of how much blood the heart pumps it could caused high blood pressure because the blood rises up against your artery walls which could cause long term diseases. Now when your doing physical exercise your heart will pump blood faster because that's how you get the oxygen throughout your body. To sum up, "cardio-respiratory exercise can cause hypertension (high blood pressure) because when your doing exercise it will increase your heart rate and the blood could be pushed against your artery walls and cause hypertension."

Hope this helps!
