Does anyone else just want to lay in their bed for ever? like block eveyone put and just stay there till there ready? I feel lik

e im in a never ending cycle since quarantine, alwayd staying home its like wake up school eat sleep over and over again and the only way i will feel better is if i leave the house i domt even have to leave the car just drive! idk im so unmotivated anyone have any tips or something or good workouts?​
