Exoskeleton and Endoskeleton
Multicellular organisms e.g. man  meet their needs through use of specialized  systems that they have in their bodies. Examples of such include:
1. cardiovascular system composed of heart, veins and  arteries which facilitate transport of nutrients to all parts of the body .
2. Skeletal system composed of bones, joints, ligaments and cartilage whose function is support and protection of the body. <span>
3. Digestive system composed of mouth, esophagus, stomach , small and large intestines whose function is breakdown of food and absorption of nutrients.</span>

Answer:
Iron is an essential mineral found in the body. Iron plays a central role in many biochemical processes in the body. These include oxygen transport and storage, assisting with immunity and contributing to enzyme systems.
Iron helps oxygenate the blood
The key function of iron is to facilitate oxygen transport by haemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying pigment of the red blood cells.
Iron also help to convert blood sugar to energy.
Iron boost the immune system. Having an adequate amount of iron in your system will help your immune system to function helping you to support and maintain good health.
Iron aids cognitive function
Iron deficiency can contribute to impaired cognitive function.
Iron support hair skin and nails.
Iron supports enzyme systems that are involved in the synthesis of collagen and elastin. It helps the hair to become vibrant and shiny and it also helps prevent the nails from becoming brittle and dry by keeping them strong and moist.

Answer:
Fast glycolytic fibers use anaerobic metabolism to produce energy which is used by the muscle for high tension contraction but these muscles fatigue quickly.
- It has amount amount of glycogen and have very quick acting myosin ATPase.
Slow oxidative are known as resistant fibers which generates energy(ATP) by the help of aerobic system.
- It depends on the delivery of oxygen and have red fibers which is smallest of all the fibers.
- It is found in marathon runners and its main function is to maintain posture.
