The capsid is the protein shell that surrounds the core of a virus where its nucleic acid is located. The capsid is made up small sub units called capsomeres. A virus consists of a nucleic acid which may either be RNA or DNA and is found in varying quantities in the virus. It is this nucleic acid that is vital to the virus' survival that is housed in the capsid. A drug that targets the capsid and damages it will cause the nucleic acid to leak out of the virus and into the surrounding while other fluids foreign to the virus will get in rendering the virus totally impaired, and due to this the virus cannot survive but will speedily die.

gtnhenbr [62]

PGA ( Phosphoglyceric acid) is a first stable product of photosynthesis which under goes reduction. Six molecules of 3-PGA is reduced to six molecules of a chemical compound called glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate (G3P). In this conversion; six molecules of both ATP and NADPH are used. In this reduction reaction, there is gain of electrons by 3-PGA. NADPH is oxidized to NADP+ to give elections and energy is given by ATP.

While Rebecca at her locker she can hear students coming from around the corner. Which wave interaction explains why she can hea
Ronch [10]

Answer:

Diffraction

Explanation:

Diffraction is the key explanation why we can hear sounds around corners but not see them. As compared to light waves, sound waves have much longer wavelengths, making diffraction effects much more visible. When the size of the object that the wave is diffracting around is about the same as the wavelength of the wave, diffraction effects become very visible.

Sound has a wavelength of 1 m, while light has a wavelength of 0.1 micro m. Reflection is a secondary reason. Sound waves bounce off walls in a specular way, allowing them to bounce around corners, but light bounces off walls in a diffuse manner.

hope this helps :)
