It has been witnessed by the reports of the World Health Organization that about sixty to eighty percent of individuals in the world both from the developing and developed nations lead sedentary lifestyles. This makes it one of the more serious concerns in the world today. It has been also found that about two-thirds of the children are also living an inactive lifestyle.
