Answer:

Circuit breaker is an electrical switch placed in a circuit which automatically switches off when there is excess current- overload, short circuit. A circuit breaker automatically breaks the circuit and protects it from damage.

The magnetosphere is the magnetic field of the Earth surrounding it and interacts with the solar wind. Its a region in space where magnetic field of the earth is dominant.

A circuit breaker is an automatic device for stopping the flow of current in an electric circuit as a safety measure.

A magnetosphere is the region surrounding the earth or another astronomical body in which its magnetic field is the predominant effective magnetic field.

Light-rail passenger trains that provide transportation within and between cities speed up and slow down with a nearly constant
Elena L [17]

Answer:

19 m/s

Explanation:

The complete question requires the final speed to be calculated.

Velocity is the rate and direction at which an object moves. Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity per unit time and can be calculated by the difference in velocity over a given time.

For this question, first the unknown acceleration must be calculated and used to determine the final velocity

Step 1: Calculate the acceleration

a=\frac{v_{2}-v{1}}{t_{1}}

a=\frac{11-7}{8}

a=\frac{4}{8}

a=0.5 m/s^{2}

Step 2: Calculate the velocity using the acceleration calculated above

a=\frac{v_{3}-v{2}}{t_{2}}

0.5=\frac{v_{3}-11}{16}

v_{3}=19 m/s

Suppose the mass of a fully loaded module in which astronauts take off from the Moon is 12,900 kg. The thrust of its engines is
Alexandra [31]

Answer:

Acceleration a=0.5 m/s²

Explanation:

Given data

Mass m=12,900 kg=1.29×10⁴kg

Thrust of engine F=28,000 N=2.8×10⁴N

gravitational acceleration g=1.67 m/s²

To find

Acceleration

Solution

As we know  that

W_{weigth}=mg\\ W=(1.29*10^{4}kg )(1.67m/s^{2} )\\W=21543N

The net force can be given as

F_{net}=F_{thrust}-W\\F_{net}=(2.8*10^{4}-21543)N\\   F_{net}=6457 N

From Newtons second law of motion we know that

F=ma\\a=F/m\\a=\frac{6457N}{12,900kg}\\ a=0.5m/s^{2}

Lorico [155]

The fact that all phones are slightly different but achieve same primary goal tells us about technology that there can be many different design solutions to address a single problem (option D).

<h3>What is technology?</h3>

Technology is the organization and application of knowledge for practical purposes.

According to this question, many different companies have produced cell phones through technological applications. Although all of the phones are slightly different, they all achieve the same primary goal.

This shows us an intriguing aspect of technology that there can be many different design solutions to address a single problem.
