Answer:

Circuit breaker is an electrical switch placed in a circuit which automatically switches off when there is excess current- overload, short circuit. A circuit breaker automatically breaks the circuit and protects it from damage.

The magnetosphere is the magnetic field of the Earth surrounding it and interacts with the solar wind. Its a region in space where magnetic field of the earth is dominant.

A circuit breaker is an automatic device for stopping the flow of current in an electric circuit as a safety measure.

A magnetosphere is the region surrounding the earth or another astronomical body in which its magnetic field is the predominant effective magnetic field.

What do you think will happen to the size of the splat of an egg as we increase in height ?
yawa3891 [41]

Answer:

It will be more spread out

Explanation:

As you increase the height, the gravitational potential energy increases and it gets faster, causing it to hit the ground harder. This in turn makes the 'splat' be more spread out

Hey can someone help plzzzzz
ohaa [14]

Answer:

Potential Energy stored = mgh ; m : mass, g : gravitational acceleration (let 10m/s) , h : height

Hence,

Energy Stored in the ball = mgh = (2*10*4) J

= 80 Joules!

The reaction of H2 with F2 produces HF with ΔH = –269 kJ/mol of HF. If the H–H and H–F bond energies are 432 and 565 kJ/mol, res
ryzh [129]

Answer:

The bond energy of F–F = 429 kJ/mol

Explanation:

Given:

The bond energy of H–H = 432 kJ/mol

The bond energy of H–F = 565 kJ/mol

The bond energy of F–F = ?

Given that the standard enthalpy of the reaction:

<u>H₂ (g) + F₂ (g) ⇒ 2HF (g)</u>

ΔH = –269 kJ/mol

So,

<u>ΔH = Bond energy of reactants - Bond energy of products.</u>

<u>–269 kJ/mol = [1. (H–H) + 1. (F–F)]  - [2. (H–F)]</u>

Applying the values as:

–269 kJ/mol = [1. (432 kJ/mol) + 1. (F–F)]  - [2. (565 kJ/mol)]

Solving for , The bond energy of F–F , we get:

<u>The bond energy of F–F = 429 kJ/mol</u>

1. What is the acceleration of a point on the edge of a 0.30 m diameter grinding wheel rotating at 1600 rpm?
anygoal [31]

Complete Question

1. What is the linear speed of a point on the edge of a 0.30 m diameter grinding wheel rotating at 1600 rpm?

2. What is the acceleration of the point?

Answer:

1

v  =  25.14 \  m/s

2

a =  4013.5 \  m/s^2

Explanation:

From the question we are told that

    The  diameter is  d =  0.30 \  m

    The  angular speed is  w =  1600 \  rpm  =  \frac{ 1600 * 2 *  \pi }{60 }  =  167.6 \  rad /s

Generally the is mathematically represented as

         r =  \frac{d}{2}  =  \frac{0.30}{2 }  =  0.15 \  m

Generally the linear speed is mathematically represented as

     v  =  wr

     v  =  167.6 * 0.15

      v  =  25.14 \  m/s

Generally the acceleration is mathematically represented as

       a =  \frac{v^2 }{r}

       a =  \frac{25.14^2}{0.15}

         a =  4013.5 \  m/s^2
