What is the MOST likely consequence of setting unrealistic goals?
Aleksandr-060686 [28]
To be frank, the main consequence would be simply not achieving that goal. Setting an unrealistic goal means that it's probably pretty hard to achieve, but you may not see it that way, so when you eventually fail or mess up, like any normal person would, you will be extremely discouraged, when in reality there is no reason to be disappointed in yourself given the goal was unattainable in the first place. You may feel inferior and it might lower your self esteem because you thought that the goal should have been achieve able.

The only question you should ask a professional trainer is whether or not they are certified
Lynna [10]
This would be false.

Although you most certainly should ask that, you should also ask what their expertise is, what they charge, and when they can practice.

The seminiferous tubules of the testes are the starting point for the process, where spermatogonial stem cells adjacent to the inner tubule wall divide in a centripetal direction—beginning at the walls and proceeding into the innermost part, or lumen—to produce immature sperm. Maturation occurs in the epididymis.
