I am REALLY late but here

I start by waking up at 6am everyday and go for a 30 minute run. Then I eat a high protein breakfast (scrambled eggs, protein bar, ect.) Then at 5:30 I do a 30 minute full body workout

I start off my mornings at 6am wake up i stretch then i go for a run outside come home after about 30 mins of running then i do an abb workout for another 30 then i take a shower eat my healthy breakfast with protein abs great sources to function threw my day.
