Naddika [18.5K]
A nurse should help the patient to the restroom if the patient is blind and has had orthopedic surgery. If the patient wants to urinate and is able to urinate a catheter should not be placed unless the patient is unable to walk. Since this patient can ambulate using a walker, she should be encourage to urinate in the toilet. If the patient is having pain upon walking and doesn't think they can get to the bathroom safely even with the nurses help. The patient can have a bedpan placed underneath them to urinate in.

I want to know more about second class citizen
Montano1993 [528]
A second-class citizen is a person who is systematically discriminated against within a state or other political jurisdiction, despite their nominal status as a citizen or legal resident there. But one of my favourite novels about second-class citizens is “Second-Class Citizen” by Buchi Emecheta this novel traces the journey of its protagonist, Adah, from childhood in Nigeria to adulthood in England. Around the age of eight, Adah develops a dream to live in the United Kingdom and receive an education. But I don’t want to spoil to much and I really recommend it!!!
