If the nitrogenous base is made of two rings that means it's a purine(adenine, guanine), if it's made of one ring that means it's a pyrimidine(cytosine,thymine, uracil).

There are two alleles, B and b, at a gene locus in a population at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The relative frequency of the dom
viva [34]

Answer:

210

Explanation:

Frequency of dominant allele is represented by "p"

and frequency of recessive allele is represented by "q"

Given

p = 0.7

Thus,

q = 1-p\\q = 1 - 0.7 \\q = 0.3\\

As per Hardy Weinberg's second equation of equilibrium -

p^2 + q^ 2 + 2pq = 1\\

Substituting the given values in above equation, we get -

0.7^ 2+ 0.3^2 + 2pq = 1\\2pq = 1- 0.49-0.09\\2pq = 0.42

So the total number of heterozygous individual is equal to

0.42 * 500\\= 210

Some of the lipid groups appear similar, but changing a few components significantly alters their biological properties. identif
tekilochka [14]
One class of phospholipids, the phosphoglycerides,are composed by three parts that define this type of lipid:
- backbone of glycerol
- two long-chain fatty acids
-phosphoric acid
- and one organic group

Sphingolipids are similar in shape but they have a different component. Instead of having glycerol, which is the case for phosphoglycerides, they use sphingosine.
To form a Sphingolipid are necessary:
 -sphingosine as the backbone
-phosphate
-an organic group

How are potassium and sodium transported across plasma membranes?
o-na [289]
A resting plasma membrane has carrier proteins on its surface. Energy derived from ATP is usually utilized by these carriers to change their shape in order to carry different molecules into or out of the cell. The sodium pump is a membrane protein which uses energy from ATP to carry sodium ions out of the cell and allow potassium ions into the cell to replace sodium.

Miscarriage is also that is known as spontaneous abortion which is unintentional expulsion of embryo within the 24 week and the most common cause of spontaneous abortion during first trimester is chromosomal abnormalities of embryo .

The health risk of abortion depend on the procedure is performed safely or unsafely. According to world health organization which is unsafe abortions as those performed by unskilled individuals.There is small diference in safety and efficiency between medical abortion using a combined regimen of mifepristone and misoprostal and surgical abortion in first startiung 3 weeks.
