1.I consumed 45 grams of fat.2. I ate 1 gram of Trans fat, 16 grams of saturated fat, and 28 grams of unsaturated fat. 3. for two day it was to little I should increase my fat intake. 4. no I ate the right type of fat. I stayed away from Trans fat, which is the wort for you.5. yes, I can do better I will increase my unsaturated fat intake, and decrease my saturated/Trans fat intake.
