The correct answer is the misuse of cause and effect which is a tendency to make conclusions based of the limited amount of facts that are presented. This often happens in medical studies, where, for the sake of the research study, we can see the misuse of the cause and effect relation.

"Discuss the ways in which two forms of communication, profanity and political correctness, affect the process of persuasion. Ba
Flura [38]

Discussion:

Persuasion has the objective of making the audience of one person or more believe and support the presenter's ideas. For example, If I believe that a metal chair supports more weight than a wood one, I would try to persuade with the goal of making people support that claim. The easiest way is with facts. However, even if hard grounded facts, there are some variables that affect my speech effectiveness, in this case, profanity and political correctness.

When considering using those two forms of communication, I have to have in mind other factors: who is my audience? Age? Culture? Reception for profanity or political correctness? What is my setting? Where Am I doing the speech? For example, If I’m in a bar with friends, humor using profanity could be more assertive than the opposite. If I’m in an office, the political correctness could be much more adequate, etc. When choosing between these two forms of communication, I have to choose the most adequate word choice, formality level, slangs, cultural references, academic level in data, etc.
