Answer:

The Magna Carta would set a precedent of the people having a place in government. It would also set in motion that everyone is equal under the law including kings.

Explanation: The Magna Carta was the result of demands made by the people of Britain towards their king at the time King John after a revolt which had taken place. They basically laid out the ground rules in which the people wanted the king  to be held by. With the creation and ratification of the Magna Carta the concept of equal fairness under the law would be instilled in the public consciousness. Another concept that would be echoed centuries after the creation of the Magna Carta is the power of people in Government. These ideas would form the basis of American ideals as we know them. The concept of fair trial which is a staple of the American judicial system would also come about because of the Magna Carta

LuckyWell [14K]

Traditional cyberspace operational task is to permanently, completely, and irreparably deny access to, or operation of, a targeted function for the foreseeable scope of the conflict.

Cyberspace, according to the Department of Defense, is the fictitious space in which digital information is transmitted over computer networks. The DOD's regular business operations in and through cyberspace are made up of its military, intelligence, and intelligence-related activities. Military operations in cyberspace employ cyberspace capabilities to produce effects that aid operations in both the physical and cyberspace domains. In order to carry out national security duties, cyberspace operations are carried out under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch. Traditional threats typically come from states using well-known military tactics and recognized military forces. Non-intelligence activities make up cyberspace OPE and serve as the foundation for subsequent operations.

Darina [25.2K]

As a country, it can be said that the United States are composed of two types of government in terms of their scope of influence: state and federal governments. State-level governance manages the citizens who are living in that state, especially in terms of the applicable laws, while federal-level governance manages citizens country-wide. Historically, federal governments have more influence than state governments.

The answer to the question is that these factors have influenced the federal government’s influence over time: (1) changes in how the U.S. Supreme Court and others have interpreted the U.S. Constitution, (2) changes in the power of the purse, (3) changes in what the people (i.e., citizens, interest groups, and political parties) want the federal government to do, (4) changes in the number, size, and resources of federal bureaucratic agencies, and (5) amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
