Florist has to choose 3 types of flowers from 7 types of flowers so the combination is C(7,3)
and chooses 3 types of greenery from 6 types of greenery so the combination is C(6,3)
Formula for combination is:
C(n,r) = n! / r!(n-r)
C(7,3) = 7! / 3! (7-3)!
=7 x 6 x5 x4 x3 x 2/ 3 x2 (4x3x2)
=5040 / 144
= 35
Now for greenery, C(6,3) = 6! / 3! (6-3)!
= 6x5x4x3x2 / 3x2(3x2)
=720/36 = 20
So, there are 35 combinations for flowers and 20 combinations for greenery,
total combination = 35 x 20 =700

A rhombus is quadrilateral where all 4 sides are of equal length. Thus

5x + 2 = 2x + 12

3x = 10

x = 10/3

substituting x into either expression, yields

56/3

therefore side AB = 56/3

jasenka [17]

Answer:

882 ,  252 ,  441

Step-by-step explanation:

There are some mistakes in question and the corrected one is written below:

Q. Last Sunday 1,575 people visited the amusement park. 56% of the visitors were adults, 16% were teenagers, and 28% were children ages 12 and under. Find the number of adults, teenagers, and children that visited the park.

Given:

Total number of people visited amusement park = 1,575

Percent of adult people = 56%

Percent of teenagers = 16%

Percent of children = 28%

Now, we have to find number of adults, teenagers, and children that visited the park last Sunday.

Solution:

Number of adults = 56\%\ of \ 1575=\frac{56}{100}\times1575= \frac{88200}{100} =882\ adults

Number of teenagers = 16\%\ of\ 1575=\frac{16}{100} \times1575=\frac{25200}{100} =252\ teenagers

Number of children = 28\%\ of\ 1575=\frac{28}{100} \times1575=\frac{44100}{100} =441\ children

Therefore, the number of adults are 882 , teenagers are 252 , and children are 441 that visited the park last Sunday.

Savatey [412]

Answer:

7.5 miles per hour.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given that Mr. Ward runs a lot. He ran 45 minutes each day, 5 days each week, for 16 weeks.

First of all, we will find time for that Mr. Ward ran in 16 weeks.

We will multiply 5 by 16 to find number of days for that Mr. Ward ran and then we will multiply the result by 45 minutes to find the time.

\text{Time for that Mr. Ward ran in 16 weeks}=16\times 5\times 45\text{ minutes}

\text{Time for that Mr. Ward ran in 16 weeks}=3600\text{ minutes}

Now, we will divide 3600 minutes by 60 minutes to convert time into hours as:

\text{Hours}=\frac{3600}{60}=60

Now, we will divide 450 miles by 60 hours to find Mr. Ward's average speed as:

\text{Mr. Ward's average speed}=\frac{450\text{ miles}}{\text{60 hours}}

\text{Mr. Ward's average speed}=\frac{7.5\text{ miles}}{\text{ Hour}}

Therefore, Mr. Ward's average speed in 7.5 miles per hour.
