Ask if there emotions prevent them from completing tasks, or if life in general has become more difficult due to them coping?

Answer:
Almost every thing you do affects your health whether it's a healthy improvement or not. just depends on what you do. eating healthy is one of the things I try get into a habit with. when you eat healthy it strengthens your bones, helps you grow, etc. I also try to do this because it can have some serious repercussions on your health. another thing I tend to do alot is excersizing. it's a really good thing for every to get into the habit of doing. it helps you stay in shape. not only that but if you dont start exercising earlier on you can have some more consequences. if you dont excersize, later on in your life it can take toll. one of the major things is your bones becoming weak. when this happens your bones break easier, no one wants that. these are some of my habits and its affect on my health.
hope this helps!
