If one continues to perform a certain task or the tendency to repeat a task increases of continually declines, the phenomenon or condition which causes the increased likelihood is caused a Reinforcer. With positive Reinforcers being those which leads one to be continous in involvement whole negative heightens the tendency to leave or denounce a particular act.

Discrimination may be explained as an act of Given little or no attention to a certain portion, section of a community. It could also mean a demeaning treatment given to certain categories of people in a community. Discrimination may go a long way in impeding one's self esteem, mental and psychological well-being.
