The barriers to exercising are classified as excuses. Excuses like ones physical attributes shouldn't be an excuse to not exercise but a motivator. Time management is another barrier that is classified as an excuse. Even if someone has school or work there is a part of the day that can be used for exercise. Exercising doesn't always have to be an hour in the day.
