Answer: I would start with spaghetti w/low fat meatballs (grains and meat), a salad consisting of apples, walnuts and tangerines over leaves of spinach (fruits & vegetables), yogurt-any flavor (dairy) for desert and a bottle of water as your beverage.

Explanation: I believe that should cover the 6 nutrients for your meal! Hope that helps!
