Answer: Culture is the main determinant of child custody, better or worse. Women were always considered superior parents from a cultural and historical viewpoint based on an unquestionable belief that children and young children could not live without a mother, as men cannot nurse and breastfeed kids.

Answer= Despite this change, mothers are still more likely to get custody when parents divorce. State laws vary as to what courts must consider in determining custody arrangements, but the general standard used today is that the custody award must be in the “best interests of the child." And, the factors court consider in discerning where those best interests lie are more likely to favor mothers, as most marriages are structured.

Embezzlement

Explanation:

embezzlement is an accusation that refers to a crime consisting in the subtraction or embezzlement, through the abuse of trust, money or appreciable movable property, for one's own or someone else's benefit, by an employee who administers or guards them. We can say that Hathcoat would be accused of embezzlement because she, as a bank clerk, diverted money from her workplace.
