A) Vinegar is an Acid solution while, Ammonia is a basic solution, so when they react they form a neutral solution,

Therefore this is a neutralization reaction

B) The lower the pH value of a solution, the more acidic it is, and vise versa for basic,

In the table Vinegar has the lowest pH value, of 3. Therefore Vinegar is the most acidic in the table

C) The higher the pH value of a solution, the more basic it is

In the table Ammonia has the highest pH value of 12. Therefore Ammonia is the most basic in the table
