My answer is correct because, All you have to do is multiply 3.21 times 10^{7}.

To make it easier we have to simlify 10^{7}.  10^{7} equals 10000000. So now we just have tii multiply 3.21 and 10000000. 3.21 times 10000000 equals 32,100,000.
