Answer:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nick billups is paid a salary of $900 a month, a 2 % commission on all sales, and 1.8 % more on monthly sales over $ 17,500.

In June, his sales were $ 48,500.

So, commission earned = 0.02\times48500=970 dollars

0.018\times(48500-17500) = $558

Total salary for June = 900+970+558 = $2428

Total commission for June = 970+558 = $1528

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In July, his sales were 50,200.

So, commission earned = 0.02\times50200=1004 dollars

0.018\times(50200-17500) = $588.60

Total salary for July = 900+1004+588.60 = $2492.60

Total commission for July = 1004+588.60 = $1592.60

June :
900 + 0.02(48,500) + 0.018(48500 - 17500) =
900 + 970 + 558 = 2428 <==

July :
900 + .02(50,200) + 0.018(50200 - 17500) =
900 + 1004 + 588.60 = 2492.60 <===

Answer:

8 \frac{1}{4}

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us solve

2 \frac{5}{8}  \times 3 \frac{1}{7}  \\  \frac{21}{8}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \\  \frac{462}{56}  \\  \frac{462 \div 2}{56 \div 2}  \\  \frac{231}{28}  \\  \frac{231 \div 7}{28 \div 7}  \\  \frac{33}{4}  \\ 8 \frac{1}{4}

Can you answer question 29, please?
timurjin [86]
From the table, for every 6 containers of water, you need 8 containers of red dye. So, for every one container of red dye you need 0.75 containers of water (6/8). Then, multiply that by 100 (since you wanted to know water necessary for 100 containers of red dye). For 100 containers of red dye, you would need 75 containers of water.

can anyone help me its urgent. i have to get it done with the right answer by 3:25. can anybody help me and dont post saying dum
solmaris [256]

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

All pieces of data for seventh grade classes are larger than that of any kindergarten class on the table. This also proves with the mean provided.

The MAD, mean absolute deviation, helps you to identify the variation. The MAD for seventh grade was significantly larger than that of the kinder classes. The range for both sets of data is two times one another, further proving that 7th grade classes varies more.

C and D are irrelevant, and B says "varies less" which is the opposite of what's going on.

Hope that helps!

Find the factors and zeros of 6x^2 +8x-28=2x^2 + 4
Mice21 [21]

Answer:

First solve the equation:

6x^2 + 8x -28 = 2x^2 + 4

=> 6x^2 - 2x^2 + 8x - 28 -4 = 0 => 4x^2 + 8x - 32 = 0

Extract common factor 4:

=> 4[x^2 + 2x - 8] = 0

Now factor the polynomial:

4(x + 4) (x - 2) = 0

=> the solutions are x + 4 = 0 => x = -4, and x - 2 = 0 => x = 2.

So the answer is the option B: 4(x + 4)(x - 2); {-4, 2}

HOPE THIS HELPS! :D
