Anorexia is horrible. That is when people stop eating! Sure, you’ll lose weight, but an effective way that is not harmful is just eating healthy and working out!

You can measure how much body fat you have by pinching the skin under your arm, and if you have more than 1 inch, you may have more body fat than is what considered healthy.  The most effective way to reduce body fat is by eating healthy foods and exercising.
